Nathalie Stemper

Nathalie Stemper is a RYT500 Yoga and Movement Therapist, Pranic healing practitioner and works within the Akashic Field. For Nathalie, the key to a harmonious life is movement: allowing the Energy to flow effortlessly. She uses intuitive Vinyasa yoga sequencing and body motions to help clients heal and re-connect with their bodies, mind and soul. On an etheric level, Nathalie works with pranic healing techniques and enters the Akashic Realms to activate stagnant energies, opening ways to new perspectives. Nathalie is an E-RYT200 Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow and RYT300 Yoga Therapy instructor trained in India, a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider), certified in Pre- and Post Natal Yoga, ACE (American Council of Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and functional training specialist, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, her first official race was the New York Marathon, and she is passionate about Wakeboard.
